Sonic 1 Kazakh Translation

ENG: This is a complete Kazakh translation of the first game in Sonic The Hedgehog series. The translation is based on Sonic 1 REV01 and tries to be as close to the original as possible, so it doesn't contain any bugfixes that affect the gameplay. Some unused assets have been removed to make ROM file size equal to the original.

KAZ: Sonic The Hedgehog сериясындағы алғашқы ойынның қазақша аудармасы. Бұл аударманы Sonic 1 REV01 негізінде жасадым; оны түпнұсқаға барынша ұқсас ету үшін геймплейге әсер ететін ешбір bugfix қоспадым. ROM файлының өлшемі түпнұсқамен бірдей болуы үшін ешқайда қолданылмаған спрайттардың көбін жойып тастадым.

A small language adjustment in the ROM hack. It’s great that people in your country get to know Sonic; I love that we can translate things for our own regions to introduce them to such a fantastic character. I hope you create an even more impressive ROM hack—something beyond just a translation, as a simple translation doesn't really warrant a rating. Have a great day! :3

Thanks! Actually there are many Sonic fans in Kazakhstan, but unfortunately, most of them tend to join large Russian-speaking Sonic communties in VK and Telegram (together with people from other post-soviet countries) rather than create their own local communities. As a result, it's extremely difficult to find any fan-made Sonic content in the Kazakh language, so I made this translation for Kazakhstani Sonic fans who don't speak Russian and would like to play this game in their native language

Speaking about ROM hacking beyond just translation, I don't think I can come up with a decent and original idea which hasn't been implemented in many existing Sonic hacks. But I'm currently working on Sonic 2 Kazakh translation which probably will be complete in November. Btw, it would be cool to translate Sonic Battle (or another Sonic game where the text is really important for the gameplay) into Kazakh in the future
